Hey there,

Made an account just to ask this question. The driver's side seatbelt on my 2000 Ford Lynx broke. It won't retract or even lock up now. I'm looking to buy new.

Can anyone of you guys point me in the right direction and tell me how much I should expect to spend?

Should I take this as an opportunity to switch over to a 4-point seatbelt/harness even with the stock seats (I don't use the car for motorsports. Only as a daily driver.)?

I'm in Cavite (Imus/Bacoor/Dasma) and willing to make the trip to Banawe, QC. just for parts since I'm also looking for other interior bits.

these are some very light scratches, can't feel them w/ fingernails

i've seen some youtube videos where they used a pumice-based hand cleaner (like Permatex Fast Orange) + rubbing compound. but i went ahead and got some Cerium Oxide

anyone tried this before?

Not the mobile or wireless landline. I mean the traditional landline phone with the line attached to the wall.

My friend at work told me very few homes have landline now. He even said it is not needed anymore because of mobile and wireless landline phones.

BUT I realized that I can live without a landline. I hung our phone for more than a week now and my Mom only had one call from her friend that our landline was not working :grin:

Hello there,

I have a 2008 Mustang GT and have the battery warning light coming on and off intermittently for the past 3 months or so.

Alternator was replaced 2 years ago and battery less than 1 year ago.

Car starts up and drives just fine and never had any issues until today.

This morning when I went to put the key into the run position, I noticed that all the analog dials swept to the max position and back to zero. Car starts up just fine. I drove it about 1-2 miles and parked.

Came back to the car, key into run position and the dials swept through again. But when I tried to start, the starter clicked and loss all power to the car. No dome lights, no trunk lights, nothing. Like there wasn't a battery in the car.

Popped the hood, and disconnected the negative cable from the battery. I reconnected the negative cable to the battery and the power came back on in the car. Key back in run position, dials sweep and car starts up just fine.

Drove another 1-2 miles and parked for about an hour. Went back to car, key in run position, dials do not sweep and starts up just fine. Drove 3-4 miles and the battery warning light came on for a bit, then went away and came back on again.

From my Google search, I found a lot of people saying to "check the grounds". I really don't know what that means.

Any ideas? Help! Thanks a bunch.

Guys,

I saw in Suzuki Philippines FB page that they are going to release the Vitara very soon.
Anybody here has advance information if they are going to release a 4x4 version and
how much is the pricing?

I am a 4x4 buff and have some serious 4x4 vehicles, but I sometimes need a 4 door
small 4x4 that i can bring where the roads are not cemented. I also know that its a softroader,
BTW I have a jimny, Jeep wrangler rubicon, Fj cruiser, LC 70 series for the serious stuff. :)

Do you guys have any tips to slow down growth of facial hair?

Its quite annoying that I pretty much need to shave daily cause if I shave say 7AM by 4PM I already have stubbles and depending on how I feel I would shave again that evening or latest the next morning. I just use typical disposable shavers. I use facial cream too to avoid razor burns.

Would you have any tips? Maybe products or maybe dietary that could help slow down facial hair growth?

Good Day! Hope all is well. Would like to ask your honest opinion kung ano ang magandang kauna-unahang upgrade na budget meal upgrade para sa unit ko. Something na beneficial at useful for everyday driving. Gusto ko sana mags ang i-upgrade ko kaso di pa kaya eh so i came up with this 2 items na "medyo" kaya. you feedback will be highly appreciated. Coil Spring - since malambot ang rear spring (stock) ng Mirage G4, plano kong palitan ang stock. by the way, Monday-Saturday, di naman ako loaded at ako lang ang sakay ng oto, pag Sunday church day lang punuan ang sakay.

Hello.

I bought my brand new toyota wigo last July 31, 2017 inclusive of People's Gen Comprehensive Insurance. Just last October 21, 2017, I accidentally bumped the wall on the steep road of Batangas due to lack of break. I got minor injuries together with my 4 colleagues inside the car. I brought my car to the nearest center of my car dealer. I submitted all the requirements needed including the Police Report for my claims. Suddenly, as per estimation, the car dealer may declare "total loss" with my unit.

Can I still demand for the replacement of my car if they cannot fix it? What is the best way to handle this? My car is just 2 months old under my name and experienced this "lack of break", can I still demand to bring back my car in a good condition or replacement of the unit without shouldering any costs?

Hi guys,

Im planning to buy a vehicle. Im confused between crv diesel or rav4. Im planning to use it for more than 5 years. Here are my concerns:

Crv diesel- diesel engine of honda and the push button shifter is relatively new to the phils. We still dont know its durability.

Rav4- gas guzzler. Mababa ang resale value. Wala masyadong buyers if e benta ko na.

Newbie question lang po. Is there a coating for rubber bumpers para ma protect ang shine ng rubber bumper. Example sa body ng auto, may paint protect or glass coating, ano ang pwede e coat sa rubber bumper?

Honda civic fd 2008. Ganito nangyari mga sir..
Nagoverheat po yun civic ko. Then nagdecide po ako na ipaoverhaul sa bosch after 1 month dun nila natapos. 50k lahat nabayaran ko dun. Nun nakuha ko yun car need daw muna break in 1000km pero yun speed hanggang 80kph lng daw nun nakuha ko yun car may naririnig ako knocking sounds pinahanap ko sa kanila hindi nila mahanap sabi nila sa susunod nalang daw nila hahanapin kasabay ng change oil kasi daw minor lang naman yun tapos para bang mamatayan ako lagi ng makina kasi nagvavibrate pag nakaidle. Ayun natapos ko 1000km break in andun parin yun knocking sounds at pinachange oil kona. Hindi na daw aabot for re-torque kasi kulang sa oras ayun bumalik ako after 1 week sa kanila at tinry ko sa nlex 120kph speed. Ok naman smooth. Pero pagkaretorque nakita namin milky yun engine naghalo yun oil at tubig.so change oil nanamm observe muna daw kng maghahalo yun oil at tubig pagktapos ng retorque. After 1 day binalik ko sa bosch at iniwan ko na dun kasi nangangamoy coolant sa loob ng car pag tingin ko wala na plang coolant. Sabi ko ayusin nila mabuti. 6 months warranty naman. Pag advise mga sir thank you

Newbie ako sa sasakyan kya ask ko po kng anu problema.

Nagpalit ako ng ilaw yung signal light n orange,nagkamli ako ng kabit,nashorted sya,
Ayaw na umilaw ng tail light at dashboard saka radio at clock wala n,kya hnd ko mgamit sa gabi pero yung head light nya ok,

Ncheck ko n fuse san b bnda ang iba png fuse nito bikod sa baba ng drivee side,

Hnd ko mkita kng saan busted.
