noisy front suspension when wet

Good day Tsikoteers! :)

I have a problem with the front suspension of my '99 Mitsubishi Spacewagon. The rainy season has started and so with the irritating squeaking sounds coming from my car. I had it checked by all the mechanics I know here in our town but to no avail. :nonono:

Ball joints replaced. Lubricants sprayed all over. Brake pads replaced. :no:

Please, I need your expert advices before I go into the ditch of useless spending. :help:
