Nanginginig sa primera from full stop

My Lancer GLX 2007 problem right now is nanginginig and parang mamamatay sa primera if galing from full stop. What I'm doing right now is kadyutin ng konti konti yung gas para gumulong lang then full release yung clutch as nangyayari lang yun from full stop. The thing is makupad talaga ako pag traffic dahil di ko pwedeng ibaon yung gas if galing sa full stop. I also noticed na it happens when the engine has already warmed up. Pag malamig pa makina ayos naman. Really having hard time pag kailangan sumampa and need to temporarily stop.

Already replaced fuel filter but the same problem. Was initially suspecting for a clutch problem but sabi mukhang malakas pa yung clutch and pag clutch dapat existing yung problem either hot or cold yung makina
