Getting a Hyundai Getz, need some feedback please

Hi guys, im planning to get a car a friend of Mine is selling

• 2007 Hyundai Getz 1.1
• Green Color
• all original
• no accidents
• and when mechanic checked, no problems with engine or exterior or interiors
• LTO and Insurance renewed just last month
• with a free full tank of gas
• and seems to be in excellent condition

• Location: Visayas Area
  
• Asking price, initially 245k, but was able to get it down to 230k

Question is, with all Ive stated above, does the condition and year of the car justify the price? is it a reasonable amount?
