2008 Fortuner 4x2 Diesel for P660K, good buy?

A friend of mine is selling his 2008 Fortuner 4x2 Diesel with 70T+km for P660K. Is that a good price or tawaran ko pa? if yes, magkano tawad ko?

Also, is this a good buy? If not, what other cars should i look at at the P700K-P800K price range?
