Chevrolet Orlando: Why does it have a low resale value?

Any particular reason why the Chevrolet Orlando has such a low resale value? Gas guzzler? Expensive maintenance? Design defects? Mechanical issues?

2012 models with less than 10T kms are priced 800T+ only.
