amoy gas ang exhaust plus vibration issues. =(

hey guys, magtatanong lang ako regarding sa issue ng toyota fx namin.

its a gas 7k engine. stock setup pa siya. ang problema kasi ang lakas ng vibration nya pag cold start, parang diesel talaga. pati body nanginginig. onting rev nababawasan yung vibration, high revs wala. pag mainit na engine nababawasan yung vibration pero umaalog pa rin yung kambyo, if you drive it during noontime minsan pati steering wheel may onting vibration, minimal but nonetheless annoying considering its a gas engine. tapos amoy gasolina yung exhaust nya, though nagtutubig ang exhaust meaning maganda timpla (supposedly) ng air-fuel.

its been like this for a year or so. di lang masyado pinapansin kasi sunday car lang siya. though nung na-aquire yung gen3 vios ng aunt ko i cant help but compare the smoothness of its engine. kasi di ba pag gas dapat tahimik at pino? diesel maingay at vibration. na-top overhaul na siya 3-4 years ago dahil may singaw ang valve sa cylinder #3, plus may biyak yung intake manifold sa #3 and 4. it was repaired with high temp steel epoxy afaik.

current problems:

1> amoy gas ang exhaust
2> vibrations, vibrations!
3> sometimes amoy gas din sa engine bay after a very long drive.

ngayon eto na ang nagawa:

1> replace spark plugs - tune up basically, still the same results. pag hinuhugot ang high tension wire ng SP #4 walang difference sa vibration, sa #3 onti lang, sa #1 and #2 namamatay ang makina. SP's are OEM spec by the way.

2> replace ignition coil from replacement to stock coil - nawala yung hard starting pero problem is still there.

any permanent solution to this? this vehicle has never failed us wherever we go, power and torque is still there. and it has served us well. what better way to say thank you than put it in pristine condition right?
