Balik Traffic Lights sa Quezon Avenue.

I noticed that the traffic lights are being set up and the intersection cleared at the intersection of Banawe and another at Roosevelt/Pantranco. I guess they are slowly dismantling those u turn slots along Quezon Avenue. Since the traffic lights returned at the intersection of D. Tuazon, bumalik yung haba ng traffic on that street before the u-turn slot was introduced... :(
